About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Communication Intern to support our Internal Communications team in creating engaging content across multiple platforms. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment, blending communication, design, storytelling, and AI‑driven content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Internal Communications team in planning and executing communication campaigns and employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Create visually appealing materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Develop newsletters, presentations, announcements, intranet content, and internal branding assets.
• Support content creation with AI‑powered tools for design and productivity enhancement.
• Coordinate communication calendars and help organise internal events.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Provide video editing, creative storytelling, and digital content support when needed.
• Capture photography and content coverage during internal events.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve employee experience and communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Design, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong creativity with an eye for design and branding.
• Proficiency in Canva; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
