Internal Communications Intern

About the role

This internship supports the Egypt Business Unit’s effort to align with the Egypt 2028 vision through localized storytelling. The intern will help manage high‑impact town halls, maintain communication channels, produce daily updates, and drive engagement initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local Town Hall events, including agenda setting, visual presentations, and live engagement tools such as Q&A and polls.
• Develop the "Vision In Action" content series, showcasing Egypt‑based teams and projects that reflect the company’s strategic vision.
• Plan and promote cultural or team‑building events to boost morale within the Egypt BU.
• Establish a localized "Listening Channel" (e.g., monthly feedback form or digital suggestion box) to capture employee sentiment.

Required profile

• Studies in Communications, Integrated Marketing, Business Administration with a focus on HR or PR.
