Internal Communications Manager

About the role

Crédit Agricole Egypt is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to design and deliver communication strategies that align with the bank’s overall objectives. The role will ensure consistent, engaging messaging across all internal channels and support employee awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication plan in line with the bank’s strategy.
• Create and manage compelling content for intranet, newsletters, and other internal platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Business Units and senior leadership to align messaging and promote best practices.
• Plan, launch and evaluate internal communication campaigns and events, using KPIs and feedback to improve effectiveness.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the bank’s intranet, ensuring it remains user‑friendly and up‑to‑date.
• Maintain an internal communication calendar in coordination with all stakeholders to provide timely updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.
• Experience planning and executing employee engagement campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
