About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our pharmacy network in Old Cairo. The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock levels across multiple branches and supporting the finance team with reliable inventory data. The specialist will work closely with pharmacy managers and the finance department to ensure that inventory levels meet demand while minimizing waste. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in pharmacy inventory management within a growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory operations across all pharmacy branches, ensuring data consistency between physical counts and system records.
• Ensure stock accuracy and enforce inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
• Prepare and review detailed inventory reports, highlighting variances and trends for management.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently, coordinating with pharmacy staff and suppliers as needed.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with 0 years of experience in inventory, stock control, or related fields are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset are essential for accurate reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with accounting systems to record and track inventory movements.
