IT Business Solutions Manager – Manufacturing & Logistics (Oracle Fusion)

About the role

The IT Business Solutions Manager will lead the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion ERP and related applications for manufacturing and logistics operations. You will ensure service availability, manage SLAs, and act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in creating SLAs for all applications and develop on‑call schedules.
• Provide first‑line support, analyse and resolve routine operational issues within agreed SLA.
• Monitor ERP (Oracle Fusion) and other modules 24/7 to guarantee service availability.
• Record, track, and document incidents, complaints and requests.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and other IT teams for problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Support process enhancements, collect data, and train key users on new functionality.
• Test solutions delivered by development teams and coordinate issue resolution.
• Deliver end‑user training for new modules and implementations.
• Own reporting and dashboard creation.
• Manage full‑cycle module implementation with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead solutions architecture, integrations and the support team.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ERP (Oracle Fusion) implementations and support in manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Strong background in solutions architecture and system integrations.
• Ability to lead a support team and coordinate with multiple IT functions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with business users and vendors.
