IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and maintain its server environment. The role supports both physical and virtual infrastructures, ensuring high availability and performance for critical business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Linux).
• Perform regular server maintenance, including patching, updates, and hardware diagnostics.
• Deploy and manage virtual machines, storage, and monitor virtualization performance.
• Manage storage solutions (SAN, NAS, DAS) to guarantee data availability and integrity.
• Utilize monitoring tools to track server health, respond to alerts, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed logs, documentation, and generate performance reports.
• Keep accurate hardware and software inventories.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of relevant experience in server infrastructure management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business IT, or a related field.
