IT Project Manager – Digital & Telecom Solutions

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end planning, coordination and delivery of IT projects and application releases across multiple systems and stakeholders. You will ensure digital and telecom solutions are delivered on time, within scope, quality and budget while aligning with organisational governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of IT projects and application release activities.
• Coordinate business, development, operations, infrastructure and vendor teams.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks and deliverables.
• Oversee multi‑system integrations, deployment and production readiness.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, change management and release processes.
• Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies as required.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in digital or telecom environments.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end application releases and multi‑system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum or ITIL are a plus.

Required skills

• Change control processes.
• Understanding of system architecture, databases and APIs.
• Familiarity with digital applications and telecom solutions.
