IT Senior Operations Business Partner

About the role

The IT Senior Operations Business Partner will drive Beyti’s digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, quality, logistics and maintenance. Acting as the strategic bridge between Operations and IT, you will ensure that technology initiatives – from SAP enhancements to smart‑factory solutions – are delivered on time, within budget and with measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Quality and Maintenance teams to turn business opportunities into technology solutions.
• Lead digital‑transformation projects related to smart factories, automation, analytics and SAP ecosystem enhancements.
• Own and maintain the Operations technology roadmap, aligning it with business priorities.
• Drive value realization and governance for all Operations‑focused technology initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, change requests and enhancements, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies that improve productivity, visibility and decision‑making.
• Support and govern SAP initiatives across operations and supply‑chain functions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to guarantee successful project outcomes.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve critical service issues and mitigate operational risks.
• Participate in portfolio and program management for the Operations technology landscape.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital‑transformation initiatives in manufacturing or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
