IT Support Specialist – Cairo Airport

About the role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and optimise the technology infrastructure that powers its airport services in Cairo. The role focuses on ensuring system uptime, supporting digital platforms and handling day‑to‑day technical issues in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for devices, systems and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose and resolve incidents to minimise downtime.
• Support digital platforms, booking systems and related integrations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance, upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure reliability of transaction, connectivity and operational systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support, infrastructure or systems operations.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and Windows operating systems.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting ability in a high‑volume operational setting.
• Familiarity with digital platforms or POS system integrations is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced airport environment.
