IT Support Specialist – Egypt

About the role

Tabby is looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to join its Egypt office. You will provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance, maintain network and infrastructure health, and ensure a smooth IT experience for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second‑level support for hardware, software, and network issues, logging tickets and resolving problems promptly.
• Monitor network traffic, address connectivity problems, perform upgrades on routers and access points, and support unplanned outages.
• Manage IT assets: assign/unassign equipment, keep inventory accurate, oversee purchases, coordinate repairs, and run regular health checks on laptops.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and security systems.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide guidance on best IT practices.
• Participate in IT projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives, staying up‑to‑date with technology trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
