IT Support Specialist – Infrastructure & End‑User Support

About the role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to maintain and support our organization’s IT infrastructure, covering both hardware and software environments. The role ensures smooth operation of IT systems, resolves technical incidents, and provides day‑to‑day assistance to employees, especially within our digital banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals; manage hardware inventory and perform system upgrades.
• Install and maintain operating systems, applications, and productivity tools; ensure proper configuration and updates.
• Support local network connectivity, Wi‑Fi access, and system performance; assist with user access management and system configurations.
• Follow IT security policies, support endpoint protection, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Maintain documentation for IT systems and configurations; track and resolve support tickets using IT service management tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support or IT operations.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced technical environment.
