Junior English & Arabic Content Manager

About the role

Platinumlist.net, the leading ticketing provider in the GCC, is looking for a Junior English & Arabic Content Manager to join its Dubai team. You will create, translate, and optimise bilingual content that powers our online event guide and ticketing platform across the Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, revise and edit Arabic and English copy for body text, teasers, titles and UX micro‑copy.
• Translate event‑related content from English to Arabic and ensure tone, accuracy and grammatical correctness.
• Quality‑check existing translations and flag errors.
• Upload and manage content through internal back‑office and CMS following defined workflows.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve discoverability and search performance.
• Handle translation requests from marketing, product and sales teams, including decks and promotional texts.
• Write compelling headlines, calls‑to‑action and category labels while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Review English content for originality, run plagiarism checks and rewrite to match brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience writing and editing content in both English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative flair for headlines, descriptions and calls‑to‑action.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Problem‑solving mindset and critical thinking abilities.
