Junior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Finance team is looking for a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to support the preparation of financial reports, budget tracking, and project cost analysis. You will help maintain data accuracy and provide insights that aid business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing operational and financial reports, including inventory, accounts payable, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements.
• Support project budget monitoring, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Maintain sales projects and financial records in ERP/SAP systems.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile financial data from various departments.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and management reporting.
• Maintain financial databases, dashboards, and reports.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or a related area; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Finance‑related certifications (e.g., CMA, FMVA) are a plus.
