Junior Talent Acquisition Screener

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team as Screener. In this entry‑level position you will play a key part in identifying high‑potential candidates and ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate candidates against defined hiring criteria.
• Review CVs and application forms for relevance and completeness.
• Conduct pre‑screening phone calls and assessments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview schedules and other recruitment activities.
• Support a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree obtained between 2022 and 2026.
• 0–1 year experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or a related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
