Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Translation & Localization

About the role

Future Group Language Solutions is looking for a proactive Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across translation, localisation, interpreting, project management, technology, and corporate functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition partners to ensure a smooth, inclusive candidate journey from application to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment for junior and mid‑level positions in translation, localisation, language technology, and corporate teams.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and other talent channels.
• Review applications, shortlist candidates and assist with initial screening.
• Coordinate interview schedules, video calls, assessments and manage recruiter‑candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment stages in the ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and track recruitment progress.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions, vacancy ads and candidate communications that reflect the employer brand.
• Support reference checks, offer administration and pre‑employment documentation.
