Key Account Manager - Real Estate Sector

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is a leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region, part of the Dubizzle Group which has eight brands and more than 160 million monthly users. As Key Account Manager you will acquire, develop and grow strategic key accounts to maximise revenue, profitability and long-term partnerships, while keeping customers satisfied and aligned with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new key accounts, including real estate developers and brokerage firms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, sales directors, marketing leaders and other stakeholders in the real estate sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Understand client challenges and recommend tailored PropTech solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Develop strategic account acquisition plans to expand market presence and meet revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using CRM tools.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years acquiring and managing key accounts.
• Knowledge of key account management, strategic selling, contract negotiation, sales forecasting, financial acumen and market analysis.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation and communication skills, ability to present to management, analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Customer-focused, results-oriented, proactive, resilient, collaborative, commercially minded and adaptable.
