Key User Manager – Power Tools

About the role

Robert Bosch Egypt is seeking a Key User Manager for its Power Tools portfolio. You will be responsible for driving sales, profit and market share among professional users across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and manage large key professional users, leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing frame contracts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, pursue national and public tenders, and negotiate commercial terms autonomously.
• Offer the right mix of products and value‑added services such as Fleet Management and Full‑Service contracts, and collaborate with internal teams for cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, visit reports and sales funnels, and provide market feedback to internal departments.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of proven B2B technical sales experience with a strong track record in lead acquisition, conversion and key account management.
• Direct experience in industrial assembly, construction or metal fabrication industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, Business or a related field.
• Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English.
