Kids Club Animator

About the role

Rixos Radamis in Sharm El Sheikh is looking for a Kids Club Animator. The role welcomes children and their parents, organizes and supervises age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities, and keeps the club safe, clean and engaging. It works under the operational standards set by the Recreation Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and parents in a friendly, professional and respectful manner.
• Organize, supervise and lead indoor and outdoor recreational, educational, creative and entertainment activities, following the daily schedule and preparing materials and equipment beforehand.
• Keep children safe and supervised at all times, maintain accurate attendance records and report accidents, injuries or illnesses immediately with incident reports.
• Ensure equipment, toys and learning materials are clean, safe and in good condition; inspect facilities daily and coordinate repairs with Engineering.
• Keep the club clean, hygienic and organized, and ensure activities follow child safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
• Organize children's parties, themed events, holiday celebrations and family entertainment, and promote the club to guests.
• Register children on arrival and release them only to authorized parents or guardians, keeping personal information confidential.
• Wear the hotel uniform and name badge, follow the weekly roster, attend meetings and training including first aid and child protection, and carry out other duties assigned by the Recreation Manager or Hotel Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Kids Club, childcare, entertainment or hospitality setting.
• Good command of English and/or Russian; additional languages are an advantage.
• Certification or training in Childcare, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection or Kids Entertainment is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
