Kids Track Instructor

About the role

The Kids Track Instructor joins 4level1 to deliver engaging English lessons to children and young learners. Based in Nasr City, the role combines on‑site classroom teaching with remote preparation and digital instruction, ensuring a dynamic and supportive learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver age‑appropriate English lessons aligned with CEFR standards.
• Conduct interactive, communicative classes both in‑person and via online platforms.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback to learners and guardians, and maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and coordinators on curriculum development and training.
• Handle administrative duties such as reporting, communication with the academic team, and classroom management.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency with proven experience teaching children or young learners.
• Ability to design engaging, CEFR‑aligned lessons.
• Effective classroom management and learner motivation skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment using digital teaching tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics or related field; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA preferred.
• Experience in the Middle East or multicultural settings is a plus.
