Landscape Engineer

About the role

The Landscape Engineer will design, price and implement innovative soft‑scape and irrigation solutions for a variety of outdoor projects. You will work from concept through to completion, ensuring aesthetic quality, functional performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive landscaping and irrigation plans that enhance visual appeal and functionality.
• Lead projects from initial concept to final delivery, managing budgets, schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed reports, drawings and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Select and source appropriate plants, materials and equipment within project specifications and cost limits.
• Monitor installed landscapes, provide after‑care guidance and ensure long‑term performance.
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, civil engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in landscape design and project management with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with landscape design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and presentations.
• Solid understanding of irrigation system design and horticultural practices.
