About the role
The Launch Manager will drive end‑to‑end operational readiness for new Quick Commerce (QC) hubs. Acting as the dedicated launch liaison, you will develop and execute customized readiness plans to ensure seamless Day 1 operations across systems, staffing, training and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive launch playbooks and readiness plans, coordinating with Operations, Technology, HR and Training to guarantee Day 1 success.
- Lead site readiness assessments and validation protocols, identify operational gaps and implement data‑driven solutions.
- Develop, standardise and document launch processes, quality‑control measures and best practices for the network.
- Manage multiple concurrent site launches, track progress against critical milestones and report operational readiness to leadership with clear metrics.
- Partner with operations teams to optimise launch procedures and training protocols, ensuring thorough testing and validation of all operational systems before launch.
Required profile
- Strong project‑management capabilities with a proven record in fast‑paced launch environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and ability to drive alignment across diverse functions.
- Operational execution experience with a focus on quality and readiness.
