Lead Auditor Instructor – ISO Standards (21001, 10004, 18788, 28000, 27701)

About the role

Enta Gahez is seeking experienced Lead Auditor Instructors to create and deliver recorded training courses on a range of ISO standards. The role focuses on producing high‑quality, ready‑to‑publish video content for an online learning platform that serves graduates, early‑career professionals, and seasoned experts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and record complete training modules (awareness, internal auditor, implementation) for ISO 28000, ISO 10004, ISO 21001, ISO 22301, ISO 18788, and ISO/IEC 27701.
• Utilise existing training materials or create new content that aligns with industry best practices.
• Ensure instructional quality, clarity, and compliance with certification standards.
• Collaborate with the platform’s production team to edit and publish courses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ISO revisions and related auditing techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional/industry experience in ISO‑related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering professional or technical training sessions.
• Lead Auditor certification (IRCA or equivalent) for the listed ISO standards.
• Train‑the‑Trainer (TOT) certification or equivalent.
• Fluent English – spoken and written.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 28000, ISO 10004, ISO 21001, ISO 22301, ISO 18788, ISO/IEC 27701.
• Lead Auditor certification.
• Train‑the‑Trainer certification.
