About the role
We are seeking a Lead Generation & Automation Specialist to design, build, and scale modern B2B acquisition systems. This part‑time, six‑month contract focuses on identifying market opportunities, creating high‑value offers, and executing multi‑channel outreach that drives qualified conversations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify high‑potential target segments and construct structured lead databases using scraping and enrichment from LinkedIn, websites, directories and industry platforms.
- Design and run B2B outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn and other channels, crafting personalized sequences that generate engagement.
- Build and maintain automation workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, and outreach, integrating tools with CRM and campaign management systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling outbound offers and clear value propositions.
- Track performance metrics (open, reply, meeting and conversion rates) and continuously optimise messaging, targeting and sequencing.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and outbound growth systems.
- Hands‑on expertise with cold email and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Understanding of marketing psychology and B2B sales processes.
Required skills
- Outreach and automation platforms such as Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, PhantomBuster, Clay.
- Lead scraping and data enrichment workflow development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign analytics tools.
