Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will identify skill gaps, design tailored learning solutions, and oversee the delivery of training programs that support the organization’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses at organizational, departmental, and individual levels.
• Design structured learning programs, curricula, and blended learning journeys.
• Create instructional materials, including instructor‑led guides, e‑learning modules, and assessments.
• Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage end‑to‑end training delivery with instructors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance data, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure quality and consistency of training materials and delivery standards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or content development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
• Analytical skills for interpreting performance data and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Certification in L&D (e.g., APTD, CPTD) is a plus.
