Learning & Capability Development Specialist

About the role

VOIS is looking for a Learning & Capability Development Specialist to design and deliver high‑impact learning experiences that boost functional capability across its centre teams. The role blends classroom training, virtual facilitation, coaching and digital learning to drive employee performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning interventions through classroom, virtual and on‑the‑job formats.
• Act as a learning consultant, promoting effective use of Vodafone learning platforms.
• Localise and enhance existing learning content, identifying opportunities for alternative delivery methods.
• Design, develop and refine fit‑for‑purpose learning solutions aligned with commercial objectives.
• Partner with Business Operations to support new‑hire onboarding and early performance (first 30 days).
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services on training administration, logistics and learner enablement.
• Serve as a primary contact for HR Business Partners, operational teams, suppliers and the global L&D community.
• Conduct capability gap audits, communicate findings and track learner progress through comprehensive reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate learning delivery and facilitation.
• Strong consultancy mindset with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience designing digital and blended learning solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
