Learning Coordinator – AMZL Transportation Field L&D

About the role

The Field AMZL Transportation Learning Coordinator partners with operations and area managers to drive associate onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across the site. This role ensures that training programs are executed efficiently, metrics are tracked, and the overall learning experience supports operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the Learning Ambassador identification program and monitor new‑hire onboarding and L&D audits.
• Lead the Associate Experience Week program and assign “Learn Before Doing” plans for operations teams.
• Track learning curves, continuous‑improvement metrics, and audit the Powered Industrial Equipment Training program.
• Execute training sessions for seasonal and permanent trainers and facilitate all training‑related initiatives.
• Manage the ticketing system, ensuring timely closure of support tickets.
• Develop, measure, and report on the effectiveness of orientation and other training programs.
• Document feedback, assess development needs, and support skill‑development activities such as cross‑training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of employee and performance‑management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, index/match, VLOOKUP, VBA, data links).
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in Arabic.
• Experience with graphic training systems, multimedia content creation, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
