About the role
Vodafone is looking for a Learning & Development Lead to design, deliver and evaluate the annual training plan for its Egypt business units. The role will partner with account SPOCs to create blended learning solutions that support both functional and interpersonal capability development, and will own the induction experience for new joiners.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose learning and capability needs at departmental level, aligning them with Vodafone Egypt’s strategic pillars and business KPIs.
- Design and implement a blended learning portfolio using instructor‑led, digital, virtual classroom and coaching interventions (70:20:10 model).
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure high‑impact learner experiences.
- Manage the induction programme for new employees within the assigned functional areas.
- Monitor and evaluate learning outcomes to continuously improve the training offering.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in HR learning and capability development.
- Proven ability to assess training needs and align programmes with strategic objectives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Self‑driven and comfortable working across multiple business units.
