About the role

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial License Owner & Operator to launch and grow its football‑playing platform in Cairo. The role is hands‑on, allowing you to build a local community around the brand while earning rewards tied to performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand the Stranger Soccer brand in Cairo, securing suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities.
• Recruit, train and manage a small local team (2‑3 people) supported by Official Hosts.
• Drive marketing and customer acquisition through digital campaigns and local initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day game operations, ensuring an outstanding player experience.
• Collaborate closely with Stranger Soccer headquarters and leverage established operations and technology teams.

Required profile

• Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community.
• Experience in management, operations, sales or other customer‑facing roles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
