Live Shopper – On‑Air E‑commerce Sales

About the role

Hoods, a live shopping application, is looking for experienced Live Shoppers to engage customers in real‑time, offering product recommendations and assisting with purchases across fashion, groceries, gifts and more. The role blends on‑camera presentation with e‑commerce expertise to enhance the shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide live product recommendations and answer customer questions via chat, text or call.
• Promote product benefits, seasonal must‑haves and upsell additional items.
• Participate in sales and marketing events to boost brand visibility.
• Handle customer support issues that arise during live sessions.
• Ensure orders are tracked and client information is up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a live shopping, on‑camera or similar role (5 years preferred).
• Strong communication, public speaking and on‑camera presentation skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Physical ability to stand, move and sit for extended periods.

• Experience engaging audiences on social media.
• Basic computer literacy and math skills.
