Localization Vendor Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Vendor Management Intern to support our Vendor Management team in the localization industry. You will gain hands‑on experience recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating freelance linguists and language service providers while working closely with project, finance, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and recruiting freelance linguists and external vendors across multiple languages and specialisations.
• Support the expansion and maintenance of multilingual vendor databases.
• Coordinate resource requests with the Project Management team and verify vendor availability.
• Organise test translations, collect documentation, and help assess vendor qualifications.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, profiles, and contracts in internal systems.
• Help with vendor onboarding, ensuring all required documents are completed.
• Assist in contract preparation and follow‑up on renewals when needed.
• Work with Finance to track vendor payments and related documentation.
• Build and maintain positive vendor relationships through timely communication.
• Conduct market research to identify new language professionals and industry trends.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Vendor Management team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Linguistics, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, eager to learn and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
