About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support day‑to‑day logistics operations, ensuring that goods and supplies move smoothly to and from our farms. The role involves managing shipment documentation, coordinating pick‑up and delivery, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain logs, records and develop a documentation system.
- Facilitate the movement of goods, ensuring safe and timely pick‑up and delivery of shipments.
- Receive goods, coordinate deliveries and oversee vehicle motions.
- Monitor costs and timelines, and ensure proper storage and dispatch of materials.
- Answer internal queries and provide timely responses to requests.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports, meeting KPI targets for documentation and response times.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
