Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to own and optimise end‑to‑end logistics operations, including Warehouse Management, Fleet Management and Distribution Management. The role will drive high service levels, cost efficiency and scalable infrastructure while ensuring full ERP integration and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve ≥97% on‑time delivery (OTIF) across all outlets.
• Reduce logistics cost per delivery by 5–10%.
• Maintain ≥99% inventory accuracy in warehouses.
• Ensure ≥90% fleet utilisation and minimise idle capacity.
• Cut order fulfilment cycle time by at least 20%.
• Lead ERP logistics implementation (WMS, fleet, routing) with full user adoption.
• Guarantee 100% cold‑chain compliance for all deliveries.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of logistics experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Managed a network of 50+ outlets or multi‑location distribution centres.
• Oversaw a fleet of 20–50+ vehicles.
• Handled high‑volume, multi‑SKU warehouses (1,000+ SKUs).
• Experience with ERP, WMS and TMS systems.
• Primary sector experience in F&B retail or QSR chains; secondary experience in FMCG, retail or distribution‑heavy businesses.
