Logistics Manager

About the role

TSO, a subsidiary of the French NGE Group, is seeking a Logistics Manager to support its High‑Speed Rail project in Egypt (Ain Sokha – El Alamein). The role involves overseeing all logistics functions to ensure seamless material flow for this large‑scale infrastructure programme.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage transportation, storage, and distribution activities for the project.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction, and engineering teams to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock control, and prepare logistics performance reports.
• Manage logistics service providers, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Optimize logistics costs, improve operational efficiency, and develop contingency plans to avoid project delays.
• Handle import/export processes, customs clearance, and resolve shipment issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience on large‑scale projects (railway, metro, or mega‑projects) is a plus.
• Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Egyptian nationality required.
