About the role
We are seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to oversee security operations for our residential properties in Almazah, Heliopolis, Cairo. The role ensures the protection of assets, guests, and employees while maintaining compliance with legal and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily security and loss prevention operations, including patrols, incident investigations, and emergency response.
- Conduct hazard and risk assessments, quarterly OSHA/Safety audits, and oversee the accident prevention committee.
- Develop and implement shutdown procedures, key control guidelines, and monthly equipment checklists for CCTV, alarmed doors, and duress alarms.
- Train staff on emergency procedures, fire prevention, and first‑aid protocols.
- Oversee claims processing, general liability, and workers’ compensation cases.
- Maintain logs, certifications, and documentation required by law and SOPs.
Required profile
- High school diploma/GED with 4 years security/loss‑prevention experience, or a 2‑year degree in Criminal Justice with 2 years relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, key control, and incident reporting.
