Maintenance Engineer – Hotel Operations

About the role

As a Maintenance Engineer with Hilton, you will ensure the hotel’s physical plant and systems operate safely and efficiently, creating a comfortable environment for guests. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate contractor work, and respond quickly to service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance to maintain high‑quality work.
• Maintain building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life‑safety systems in compliance with local and national regulations.
• Assign daily maintenance tasks, document work in the property management system, and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise external contractors, inspect completed work for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations.
• Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc maintenance of fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
