About the role
Visa is seeking a senior manager to lead the Center of Excellence for Acceptance within the CEMEA region. Reporting to the Lead of Long Tail Acceptance, you will shape multi‑year strategies, align regional priorities with global road‑maps, and drive the rapid rollout of acceptance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi‑year strategy for Long Tail Acceptance across CEMEA, considering local ecosystems, payment methods and regulations.
- Collaborate with Global Acceptance Product leaders to deliver product road‑maps on time and within budget.
- Align regional priorities with Visa’s Global Acceptance Solutions roadmap.
- Work with Sales, CS, Risk and VAS teams to execute go‑to‑market plans.
- Structure client implementations based on global guidance and oversee pre‑sales, implementation and post‑launch optimization.
- Provide market intelligence to inform pricing and enable sales channels.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience (or 6 years with an advanced degree) in the payments industry.
- Background in product management or strategy within acceptance products and solutions.
- Strong understanding of the acceptance landscape and alternative payment rails in CEMEA.
