About the role
The POS Setup & Support Specialist (Fresh Graduate) will assist in integrating and testing point‑of‑sale (POS) systems within controlled environments. Working under supervision, the role provides exposure to advanced (L3) support activities and helps build expertise in transaction flows, system integration, and troubleshooting across the acquiring ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Support the integration and testing of POS systems in test environments.
- Assist with advanced (L3) support tasks under supervision.
- Own resolution of escalated project issues, collaborating with business, IT peers, technical leads and functional managers.
- Monitor program/project financials and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct business analysis, change management, risk and resource management, and track key metrics.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the company.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate status (0–1 year of professional experience).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills in English.
