About the role
The Manager, Specialist Sales – SIP – IC will lead the development and delivery of data‑driven, scalable solutions for Mastercard’s customers in Egypt. Working within the Customer Solutions Center, you will combine product expertise with a solution‑selling approach to create, pitch and sell bundled offerings that meet the needs of acquirers and other market segments.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the subject‑matter expert for Mastercard’s product and solution portfolio in the assigned geography.
- Collaborate with the Customer Solution Center Lead and Solution Architects to design and bundle products into compelling offers.
- Provide market feedback and visibility on product developments to regional product teams.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, creating proposals and supporting the sales process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in product‑focused sales or solution selling within the payments or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of Mastercard’s products, services and platform capabilities.
- Strong ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Track record of working cross‑functionally with product, sales and customer teams.
