Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

We are building a next‑generation AI‑powered digital marketing and content creation platform. As a Marketing Automation Specialist you will sit at the crossroads of marketing strategy, AI‑assisted development, and content creation, turning automation ideas into real, measurable workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate AI‑driven content creation pipelines using the Anthropic Claude API.
• Develop and optimise ad‑analysis workflows that integrate with the Meta Ads API.
• Experiment with Google Gemini to prototype on‑device AI features.
• Rapidly prototype using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Analyse ad performance data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to influence product roadmap and feature prioritisation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with paid social advertising on Meta/Facebook and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in professional or project settings.
• Comfortable working with APIs and able to construct API calls without being a senior engineer.
• Background in content marketing, copywriting, or creative strategy.
• Strong written communication in English and a self‑directed work style.
