About the role

We are looking for a Remote Marketing Assistant to support a fast‑growing US company with influencer outreach, campaign coordination and growth strategy execution. This full‑time position offers international experience and a pathway to senior marketing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard influencers on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Execute high‑volume outreach, aligning creators with campaign objectives.
• Manage briefs, scripts and video assets to ensure timely delivery.
• Track engagement metrics and optimise campaign performance.
• Maintain consistent communication and relationship management with influencers.
• Update databases and compile clear, actionable campaign reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital communications.
• Strong outreach capabilities with a high‑volume sourcing mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
