Marketing & Branding Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Branding Manager to shape and drive our brand strategy across both digital and offline channels. The role demands strong leadership, creative thinking, and the ability to collaborate with marketing, creative, and PR teams to boost brand awareness and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage branding and creative teams, ensuring high performance.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and media teams on campaigns and brand activations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strengthen brand positioning.
• Contribute to the generation of new ideas, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor brand performance and audience perception.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in branding or brand management.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Strong understanding of branding, campaigns, and market positioning.
• Experience in the GCC market is mandatory.
• Portfolio showcasing branding campaigns, creative strategies, and brand identity work.
