Marketing Campaign Manager

About the role

Alorica is seeking a results‑driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join its Global Marketing team in Egypt. You will own demand‑generation programs that build pipeline, deepen engagement with target accounts, and translate customer insights into compelling multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create unique selling propositions that address buyer pain points, emerging technologies, and client value.
• Partner with sales, product, creative, and digital teams to research industries, personas, and develop targeted messaging and collateral.
• Design, launch, and manage multi‑channel awareness, demand‑gen, and ABM campaigns across digital, events, email, social and sales assets.
• Implement multi‑touch marketing plans (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to accelerate deals and meet revenue goals.
• Test, learn, and optimize campaigns using data‑driven insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with sales and account management to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
• Measure and report ROI of campaigns, collaborating with marketing ops on tools and integrations.

Required profile

• B.A. in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3‑5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in services or technology.
• Proven success with account‑based marketing, vertical campaigns, and pipeline growth.
