Marketing Communication Lead

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially‑driven Marketing Communication Lead to shape design‑led marketing initiatives for our brand. Based in our New Cairo head office, you will report to the Colour & Communication Manager and work closely with interior designers, architects and B2B partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute local colour trend launches, coordinating operational and cross‑functional activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, interior stylists and key B2B partners.
• Organise exhibitions, activations and design campaigns to boost brand presence and market engagement.
• Develop and manage professional digital channels with tailored B2B content and engagement initiatives.
• Establish strategic partnerships with real‑estate developers to drive business growth and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Management, Interior Design Marketing or a related creative industry.
• Proven track record managing integrated campaigns, exhibitions, partnerships and digital branding within design, lifestyle, retail or architectural sectors.
• Strong blend of creative design understanding and strategic marketing execution.
• Initiative‑taking, persuasive and able to build influential networks.
• Clear, structured communication and effective presentation skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to high‑quality results.
