Marketing Manager – BTL

About the role

We are looking for a creative, execution‑focused Marketing Manager – BTL to design and deliver high‑impact, audience‑specific campaigns that influence prescribers, purchasers and patients in the healthcare sector. The role is fully onsite in Cairo and requires strong knowledge of medical compliance and sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual BTL marketing plans aligned with sales targets, product launches and market access strategies.
• Design and execute targeted campaigns for healthcare professionals, including product samples, brochures, visual aids and digital detailing assets.
• Plan and manage CME‑accredited workshops, roundtables, product demonstrations and speaker‑bureau programmes.
• Create patient‑centric initiatives such as adherence programmes, educational booklets and in‑pharmacy displays.
• Equip the field sales force with effective BTL collateral, objection handlers and competitive battle cards.
• Manage production, inventory and compliance of all promotional materials.
• Identify and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, organising small‑group engagement events and handling contracts and disclosures.
• Plan company presence at medical conferences, trade shows and hospital in‑services, overseeing booth design, logistics and lead follow‑up.
• Track ROI of BTL activities, ensuring compliance with FDA, EFPIA, IPHA and local marketing codes.
• Manage BTL budgets, negotiate with vendors and ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 4–7 years of BTL or field marketing experience, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, KOL engagement and sales enablement.
• Proven ability to plan and execute measurable, audience‑specific campaigns.
