Marketing Manager (Construction, Utilities & Industrial)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and support business growth across the Construction, Utilities, and Industrial sectors. The role will shape strategic marketing plans, enhance brand visibility, and position the company as a leading EPC contractor in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage corporate branding, market positioning, and communication activities.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities within Energy, Utilities, and Industrial sectors.
• Support business development and tendering teams with marketing materials, presentations, and client engagement initiatives.
• Oversee creation of corporate profiles, project references, brochures, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Manage digital marketing activities, website content, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Organize participation in industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities.
• Develop marketing reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent corporate messaging and brand representation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, or Business Development, preferably within EPC, Energy, Utilities, Industrial, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the EPC industry landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with marketing tools/platforms and digital marketing channels.
