Marketing Manager – Education Sector

About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our education‑sector marketing initiatives in Nasr City, Cairo. The role will shape brand awareness, generate student enrollment leads and support revenue growth through integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with enrollment targets and business goals.
• Define audience segments (parents, students, corporate clients, schools) and tailor messaging.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and student/parent behavior in Greater Cairo.
• Set and track marketing KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead and conversion rates.
• Plan and manage multi‑channel campaigns across digital (social, Google Ads, SEO, email), print, outdoor and events.
• Coordinate with admissions and sales teams to ensure timely lead follow‑up.
• Oversee website optimisation for lead generation and manage social media platforms.
• Produce high‑quality content including success stories, testimonials and virtual tours.
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube) targeting local audiences.
• Measure digital ROI using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and CRM data.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and manage media relations.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team and manage the marketing budget.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

• Proven experience in marketing within the education sector.

• Ability to manage both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Strong collaboration skills with admissions, sales and external agencies.
• Leadership experience overseeing a small marketing team.
