Marketing & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Marketing & Onboarding Specialist to help real‑estate agents and their clients launch and optimise their digital presence. You will guide new clients through account set‑up, train them on social‑media tools, and design marketing assets that boost visibility and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom onboarding sessions for new agents and clients, configuring accounts and tools.
• Assist clients in creating and optimising Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social‑media profiles.
• Train clients on effective real‑estate marketing using social platforms.
• Design eye‑catching marketing materials (posts, flyers, banners) with Canva.
• Create professional, brand‑consistent email signatures.
• Provide creative ideas and strategies to improve client visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with agents to align marketing tactics with target audiences and property portfolios.
• Maintain consistent branding and content across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑media marketing and client onboarding.
• Strong eye for branding and aesthetics.
• Comfortable leading and hosting Zoom sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Organised, able to manage multiple onboarding sessions simultaneously.
