About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our Communication Department and support the overall marketing activities of our law firm. Reporting to the Communication Manager, you will work closely with the Communication and Client Development teams to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input for marketing initiatives, including content creation, updates, and optimisation.
- Manage the firm’s LinkedIn and other social media accounts.
- Draft press releases, newsletters, and submissions for legal directories.
- Liaise with external publishers to distribute firm news and handle subscription forms.
- Translate senior partners’ ideas into creative marketing campaigns.
- Assist in organising events, preparing client proposals, and handling ad‑hoc assignments.
- Maintain the annual marketing budget and track expenditures.
Required profile
- B.Sc./BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a role requiring strong writing skills; law‑firm experience is a plus.
- Creative copywriting ability and keen attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking, time‑management, and coordination skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
- Administration of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
