Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales of vehicles, services and accessories. The role requires a solid understanding of automotive market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity. You will collaborate closely with sales, service and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social and event channels to promote new vehicle launches, dealership events and service promotions.
• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media initiatives to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
• Work with product and sales teams to create positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market strategies for new models and features.
• Oversee creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, videos, press releases and social media content.
• Support or lead event planning to generate engagement and sales leads.
• Track and report campaign performance, ROI and key KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, CX systems and marketing automation platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, service, product teams and external agencies.
