Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive Finaira’s brand visibility and engagement by executing and optimizing multi‑channel marketing initiatives. This role blends digital campaign management, SEO/SEM strategy, media outreach, and visual design to position Finaira as a leading AI FinTech provider.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run digital and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page and content optimization, and performance tracking.
• Manage paid SEM campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), monitor budgets, and report on results.
• Write and distribute press releases, and proactively pitch stories to journalists and industry publications.
• Maintain the company’s digital presence across website, social media, and analytics platforms.
• Create visual assets such as social graphics, one‑pagers, presentation decks, and campaign creatives while ensuring brand consistency.
• Support event planning, logistics, and sponsorship activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2‑4+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, including SEO and SEM.
• Proven ability to write press releases and secure media coverage.
• Experience in B2B tech, fintech or startup environments is a plus.
• Strong ownership, communication, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• SEO and SEM expertise.
• Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads management.
• Design tools: Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite.
• Analytics tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Basic CMS knowledge (WordPress, Webflow).
